Accessibility Statement

Where this site stands on WCAG 2.1 AA today, what that means in practice, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.

Our Commitment

DivIni Software wants this site to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology like screen readers, screen magnification, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is something we build in as we design and develop, not a pass we run at the end.

Conformance Status

We’re targeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, across this site. This is an ongoing effort rather than a certified, independently audited claim — we haven’t yet completed a full third-party accessibility audit, so we describe our conformance as partial rather than complete.

Measures We’ve Taken

Concretely, that means:

  • Semantic HTML and landmark regions, so screen readers and browser navigation can make sense of the page structure
  • Visible keyboard focus states on every interactive element, and a site that’s fully operable by keyboard alone
  • Alt text on meaningful images, and decorative images marked so assistive technology skips them
  • Color combinations checked against WCAG’s contrast thresholds, particularly on buttons and links carrying our brand colors
  • Motion and animation that respects your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting
  • A layout that adapts down to mobile screen sizes rather than requiring horizontal scrolling

Known Limitations

Some parts of the site are still catching up to this standard. Known gaps include a handful of illustrative SVG diagrams across service and case-study pages that could use richer descriptive text for screen-reader users. We’re working through these as we find them, rather than treating this statement as a finished checklist.

Feedback

If you hit a barrier using this site with assistive technology, we want to know. Tell us through our contact page and include the page URL and a description of the problem. We’ll aim to acknowledge it within a day and get back to you with a fix or a timeline.

Technical Specifications

This site is built with semantic HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and screen readers (including NVDA, JAWS and VoiceOver). Accessibility relies on those technologies working as intended in your particular browser and assistive-technology combination.
