Explore Quant FinanceDivIni started in 2015 as a small team of engineers who believed enterprise-grade software shouldn't take an enterprise budget. Eleven years and 100+ projects later, that's still the model — extended to the AI-native work our clients need built, tested and run in production today.
DivIni Software was founded in 2015 by engineers who had spent years building for other people's companies and wanted to build a firm that did the same work without the usual agency markup — or the usual agency shortcuts. The idea was straightforward: senior engineering talent, applied directly, at a price that didn't need a procurement department to justify.
That premise hasn't changed as the work has. What started as full-stack development, QA and staff augmentation has grown into seven practices spanning generative and agentic AI, cloud engineering and quantitative analytics testing — the same engineers, the same accountability, applied to what clients are actually building now.
Our vision from day one has been to prove that quality and cost-efficiency aren't a trade-off — they're both downstream of the same thing: senior people who know what they're doing, working without the layers of a bloated agency structure. That's not a marketing line; it's the reason a client ends up talking to the engineer who owns their code, not an account manager relaying it.
It's also why we've been deliberate about the AI shift rather than reactive to it — evaluating what's actually production-ready before we tell a client to bet their roadmap on it.
We help enterprises ship more, more reliably, for less — through full-stack product engineering, quality engineering, cloud engineering, and staff augmentation that fills a real skills gap rather than a headcount line. Generative and agentic AI sit alongside that work now, not apart from it: the same delivery discipline, applied to the newest part of the stack.
The AI-native part is literal: our engineers work in Claude Code and Codex on client code every day, which is also why we have specific opinions about where those tools should and shouldn't be trusted near production.
Three core industries, domain fluency built over years of client work — not a generic capability list.
