Terms of Service

The rules for using this website. If you're a client, your statement of work governs the engagement itself — this page just covers the site.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, operated by DivIni Software Private Limited (“DivIni Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to the website only. If you’re a client, the statement of work or master services agreement you’ve signed with us governs that engagement, and takes precedence over anything here in the event of a conflict.

Who We Are

DivIni Software is a software engineering and AI services company, headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with a branch office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This site describes our services, shares our work, and is a way for prospective clients, candidates and partners to get in touch.

Use of This Website

You’re welcome to browse this site, read our case studies and articles, and use the contact and newsletter forms for their intended purpose. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable local, national or international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or another user’s account
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the site at scale, other than standard search-engine indexing
  • Interfere with the site’s normal operation, including through denial-of-service attacks

We can suspend or restrict access for anyone we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — the DivIni Software name and logo, the design, the text, the diagrams, the code samples, and the case studies — is owned by DivIni Software or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from this site’s content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client Engagements & Statements of Work

Nothing on this site is an offer to enter into a contract. Case studies describe work delivered for named or anonymized clients and summarize real outcomes, but they don’t describe the terms, pricing, or scope of any future engagement. An actual engagement with DivIni Software is governed by a separate, signed statement of work or master services agreement, negotiated directly with you.

Third-Party Links & Services

This site links to third-party sites we don’t control, including Nallai, our products’ own domains, and the social platforms linked in the footer. We’re not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any site we don’t operate.

Disclaimers

This site, and the information on it, is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep case-study figures, service descriptions and blog content accurate and current, but we don’t warrant that any of it is complete, error-free, or uninterrupted, and we don’t warrant that the site will be available at all times.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DivIni Software won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. This limitation doesn’t apply to liability that can’t be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DivIni Software harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of this site or your violation of these Terms.

General

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands — we’ll treat that one provision as narrowed just enough to be valid, not as invalidating everything around it. If we don’t act on a violation of these Terms right away, that’s not us giving up the right to act on it later. You can’t assign or transfer your rights under these Terms to someone else; we can, as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business. These Terms, together with any statement of work or master services agreement that applies to you, are the entire agreement between us about your use of this site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, reflecting DivIni Software’s headquarters in Chennai. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
